You don’t need a stopwatch, a training plan, or legs like a Tour pro to feel cycling is working its magic. Most of us notice it subconsciously at first. Breathing feels easier when walking up stairs. The mood lifts. Jeans fit better. And somewhere along the way, riding a bike stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like part of life.
