Amy Hudson’s rapid rise in endurance cycling is nothing short of extraordinary. She only began riding seriously in 2021, using her bike as a lifeline while struggling with her mental health.
But Amy’s resilience and talent quickly turned heads. Within three years, she went from complete beginner to completing all 21 stages of the Tour de France – plus transfers – on her own.
Kyle, watching her transformation, soon joined her on the bike. What started as a supportive gesture evolved into a shared passion for long-distance riding.
Together, they’ve tackled major adventures – from long rides in the UK to a 2,000-kilometre journey from the Pinarello factory in Italy to London – testing their limits and strengthening their partnership along the way.
Now, the couple’s preparing for their most ambitious mission yet: cycling around the world, self-supported, in an official world-record attempt.
In Episode 2 of ROUVY Unchained, they join podcast host Zach Nehr to share the motivation, planning, fears and emotions behind taking on nearly 47,000 kilometres together.
