Since 2008, I’ve led SNDC, a sports science and diagnostics center in western Germany, helping athletes achieve peak performance, especially in cycling, motocross, and triathlon. Indoor cycling, primarily through Rouvy, plays a key role in my training programs. I specialize in performance diagnostics and metabolic profiling to optimize health and performance through personalized training and nutrition.

Kick off the first week of the ultimate plan to boost your cycling speed with workouts focused on activating your muscles.
We’ll start with short, high-intensity intervals to optimize oxygen consumption. Then we’ll work on your ”sweetspot zone”.
Week 3 of the Speed Up With Cades plan wil focus on your threshold and building your strength and torque. Keep going!
Week 4’s first session targets your durability and race-speed development. And finally, more work on your power output.
After completing this training plan, it's crucial to give your body the rest it needs. Enjoy a week of easy riding – either outdoors or on the ROUVY indoor cycling app – in zones 1 and 2, maintaining a steady cadence of 90 RPM. Remember, rest is just as important as training. Ignoring rest and recovery can lead to overtraining, so prioritize it.
