Your cycling-for-weight-loss plan starts here! Week 1 eases you in with calorie-burning endurance rides, tempo intervals and pedalling-efficiency drills to prepare your body for the harder fat-burning sessions ahead.
To up the weight loss, we'll add some intervals to get your heart pumping a bit. When we at ride high intensity intervals, we boost weight loss. even after the workout’s been completed.
In this third week, we'll do one light, but a bit longer, workout (“Base Miles”), and add some more intense intervals to keep the weight loss going.

After completing this training plan, it's crucial to give your body the rest it needs. Ignoring rest and recovery can lead to overtraining. Enjoy a week of easy riding – either outdoors or on ROUVY – in zones 1 and 2, maintaining a steady cadence of 90 RPM. Again, it’s crucial to ride EASY. Keep going! … but very easily.
