Coach Jesse Veenstra is the head coach for two major endurance sports teams, FLO Factory Team and Team Momentous. While Jesse has been coaching endurance athletes of all ability levels since 2016, he has also been an accomplished athlete himself. As a husband, father of two, father parent to additional children, and full-time business professor, Jesse understands that success as an athlete requires a strong balance between the realities of life and the pursuit of sport.
Don’t miss out on any event, stay motivated, enjoy interacting with others.
"I aim to help every individual unlock their full athletic and fitness potential. My approach builds long-lasting relationships-learning about each athlete's goals, passions, and desires and focuses on a sustainable training process."
Endurance sports has changed Jesse’s life in so many positive ways – he credits the lessons he’s learned in sport for making him a better husband, father, employee, leader, and coach. He believes that getting to "do triathlon" provides us both a stress outlet and directional mindset that helps us daily. Then, seeing progress over time in sport shows us the power of a growth mindset and desire for excellence.
