Riders can expect technical turns, short climbs and fast descents through coastal roads and rural landscapes. The course includes the famous Matthew Flinders Drive hill. You’ll need strong legs and good pacing for a smooth transition to the run. In the meantime, there are plenty of IRONMAN courses to ride on ROUVY.
