Cycling doesn't have to stop when the weather turns. This season, riders can keep chasing the same goals indoors – and now it's easier than ever to get started. Riders now have an easier and more flexible way to experience ROUVY’s real-world routes, realistic gradients and work towards their cycling goals indoors with full support for Zwift hardware.
Trainers with Zwift Cog and Click preinstalled now work seamlessly with ROUVY, bringing virtual shifting and control from the handlebars while making setup and switching between bikes simpler. Riders can use Zwift Ride as an always-ready indoor setup for ROUVY.

Compatible hardware is also available through the new ROUVY eShop at eshop.rouvy.com. From 9 September, ROUVY will offer Zwift Ride ROUVY Edition, which includes a set of ROUVY stickers that riders can use to personalise their setup around the cycling goals that matter to them.
TrainerRoad users can now complete their structured workouts on ROUVY's real routes, combining focused training with roads and realistic gradients. ROUVY and TrainerRoad aim to make indoor cycling more enjoyable through realism.
More Exotic Locations in Higher Definition
Ride remote desert Moroccan roads, tackle the highest paved roads in the world from India, and explore landscapes where nature still rules in Patagonia this winter thanks to a new collection of epic real routes from around the world coming this season.
ROUVY will soon be launching its latest destinations which join an already comprehensive library of thousands of real routes you’d otherwise never ride.
These routes will feature ROUVY’s new ‘Enhanced’ tag, denoting routes that have undergone an uplift thanks to significant visual improvements - bringing greater visual detail to the real-world riding experience indoors.
Having listened to community feedback, ROUVY users can also now add routes to a Ride Later collection, helping you to create your own to-do list in the platform. This sits alongside the existing Favourites, routes that you’ve discovered and love to come back to.
Improved Community Experience
Riding indoors shouldn't mean riding alone. Earlier this summer, ROUVY introduced Clubs, Communities and In-Ride Chat giving riders more ways to ride together, stay connected with their community and to share experience wherever they are.

The ROUVY community has already created 850 clubs and 130 communities over the past two months. And there's more to come this autumn, with Club Challenges arriving to give the community new ways to ride together and push each other on.
ROUVY Co-Founder and CEO, Petr Samek commented: “Cycling doesn't stop when the outdoor season changes. This season we're making it easier for riders to stay connected to the roads, goals and people they ride for. From full Zwift hardware compatibility and training integrations, to new routes and ways of riding together. Everything we're introducing has the same purpose – helping riders achieve their cycling goals and keep riding throughout the year.”
Marek-Martin Matyska, VP of Product at ROUVY, added: “This season we've focused on bringing riders closer together. New Clubs, Communities and In-Ride Chat mean riding indoors doesn't have to feel like riding alone. You're part of a real community, wherever you are.
“We want to keep giving riders reasons to ride: new places to explore, events to race, new goals to chase and pros to line up alongside. It all comes back to the same idea: staying connected to real cycling, all year round.”
Ride ROUVY with the Pros
ROUVY is giving its riders more exclusive opportunities to ride together with the stars of the professional peloton this autumn thanks to an increasing calendar of pro rider Group Rides on ROUVY. Events with Team Visma | Lease-a-Bike riders Wout van Aert and Victor Campanaerts, as well as professionals from the Lidl-Trek’s team, and others mean that riders can regularly ride alongside cycling champions in these engaging, live rides.
Riders can join the first pro-led Group Rides from October, with the full calendar to follow shortly.
And There’s More to Come… ROUVY will continue to add new ways to explore, train and ride together throughout the winter season to help riders prepare for the goals and experiences waiting for them outdoors.
To be the first to hear about it, make sure you’re subscribed to ROUVY this season. Riders can choose from Single, Duo and Group plans, with an option to pause for those periods of time when your indoor cycling will be limited.
