ROUVY releases virtual full-distance IRONMAN World Championship Bike Course

October 9, 2020  - ROUVY in partnership with IRONMAN has proudly released the virtual 112-mile IRONMAN® World Championship® bike course. The new virtual route was presented as part of the IRONMAN VR™ World Championship Celebration week, which saw the first virtual full-distance IRONMAN triathlon hosted on the IRONMAN Virtual Club, IRONMAN VR27 Kona®. The iconic bike route is now officially available for augmented training and racing!

The route, situated along the western and northern coast of the Island of Hawai`i, is designed to test the world's top triathletes. The race now sees over 2,500 athletes embark on a 140.6-mile journey that presents the ultimate test of body, mind and spirit to earn the title of IRONMAN World Champion. The most iconic one-day sporting event in the world is the culmination of 40 global IRONMAN events with over 94,000 athletes around the world striving for one of the coveted qualifying slots.
