IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS WITH INDOOR WORKOUTS ON ROUVY

ROUVY’s Level Up is a structured six-week intermediate cycling training plan designed by pros to boost your fitness and push your limits, preparing you for more advanced cycling training plans.

WEEK #1

Your intermediate cycling training starts here! You’ll begin with an easy ride, followed by a test of your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), and some basic endurance work.

WEEK #2

Week 2 begins with a low cadence drill to improve your pedalling coordination, followed by intense intervals and finishing with a fat-burning session.

WEEK #3

Get ready to push hard! First, some short sprints and extended intervals. Then we’ll simulate riding into a driving wind.

WEEK #4
