The Triathlon Training Camp plan on ROUVY offers a series of indoor workouts designed to help triathletes take their cycling to the next level over four weeks. These cycling workouts for triathletes provide a challenging, varied training regimen. Let’s go!

WEEK #1

We’re starting out of the gate with physically demanding workouts focused on activating your muscles.

WEEK #2

Week 2 of Triathlon Training Camp will have you on the fast track to improving speed, power, and endurance.

WEEK #3

Now we’ll repeat the workouts but increase the length of the intervals. It may hurt, but no pain no gain!

WEEK #4

Kick it up a notch and complete your mission. Better time trial skills are within reach – you just need to finish this final week.

AFTER THE TRAINING PLAN: WHAT’S NEXT?

After completing this training plan, it's crucial to give your body the rest it needs. Enjoy a week of easy riding – either outdoors or on the ROUVY indoor cycling app – in zones 1 and 2, maintaining a steady cadence of 90 RPM. Remember, rest is just as important as training. Ignoring rest and recovery can lead to overtraining, so prioritize it.
