In the wake of the devastating earthquakes that struck Türkiye and Syria, over 8,700 ROUVY and Challenge Family athletes have contributed to raise $30,000 for the Red Cross in support of those affected. Cyclists had two weeks to complete the virtual ride on ROUVY’s indoor cycling platform with the amount raised based on how many cyclists took part. They cycled 76,038 km through the virtual streets of Prague, ROUVY’s home city. The amount raised also includes a donation by ROUVY and Challenge Family.

*“We are immensely proud of the ROUVY community who have come together to show their support for our initiative. This incredible show of solidarity has enabled us to make a meaningful contribution towards aiding the rebuilding efforts of Turkey and Syria, and we are touched by the capacity of our collective challenge to bring such positive change.” *said ROUVY CEO, Petr Samek. “The interest and desire to help inspired us and Challenge Family to increase the total amount raised.”

The funds raised will be used by the Red Cross to provide medical supplies to the affected regions.
