ROUVY Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms are special in relation to the Terms of Use of ROUVY Software (hereinafter referred to as “ToU”). Where these Terms and Conditions do not provide otherwise, ToU are binding for the use of ROUVY Software by the participant of the Affiliate Program within the performance of such Program.
By participating in the ROUVY Affiliate Program (may be hereinafter referred to as “affiliate partnership”) and using a generated affiliate code, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions and with the level of the commissions offered by ROUVY in connection with the information of the affiliate code. These terms are non-negotiable and apply to all participants uniformly. VirtualTraining s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “ROUVY”) reserves the right to modify these terms with written notice, reverse unpaid commissions, and suspend or terminate participation for violations at any time. If these terms are changed to the detriment of the participant, the participant may terminate their participation in the Affiliate program (the affiliate partnership) by notifying ROUVY.
By using your affiliate code in accordance with fulfilling the ROUVY Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

WHEREAS:
A. ROUVY has developed a proprietary electronic platform and software used to provide subscription-based virtual cycling experiences and competitions. The platform operates under the designation ‘ROUVY’ (hereinafter referred to as “SW” or “Software”).
B. Affiliate partner (hereinafter referred to as “partner” or “participant”) operates one or more social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Strava, X, TikTok, etc.) focused on cycling or related content. Partner agrees to promote ROUVY through these platforms as part of the ROUVY Affiliate Program, on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Parties hereby agree on the following:
I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner will promote ROUVY via personal affiliate code across their communication platforms. Promotion should be in alignment with ROUVY’s brand guidelines and values. Partner will:
Use best efforts to positively represent ROUVY.
- Share the affiliate code on social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, and others.).
Create content at their own discretion that reflects authentic use of the ROUVY app.
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in all content, using platform-appropriate language or tags (e.g., #ad, #partner, #sponsored).
Respect platform-specific community guidelines and advertising policies.
Partner must respect the rules and guidelines of each community and avoid spamming or unsolicited promotion, as this could negatively impact ROUVY’s reputation.
Avoid posting affiliate codes in official ROUVY groups (e.g. ROUVY Athletes), on any official ROUVY-owned channels and posts, or on public coupon websites.
Avoid misleading, false, exaggerated, or deceptive claims about ROUVY’s services or offers.
Not represent themselves as ROUVY employees or official ROUVY channels.
- ROUVY reserves the right to review partners’ content at any time to ensure it aligns with these Terms & Conditions and request the removal of materials that do not align with program standards.
Partners found to be non-compliant with the terms set out above may be subject to penalties as stated below, including suspension or termination from the affiliate program.
The partner will receive free access to ROUVY Software for 12 months for testing and content creation. Based on performance, extensions may be granted upon the sole discretion of ROUVY.
Partner grants ROUVY free nonexclusive, territorially and temporally unlimited license to use the content generated and published by the partner within fulfilling the ROUVY Affiliate Program, for the purpose of promoting ROUVY Software, especially to copy, distribute, publish, share it through social media, modify and use this licensed content within the creation of ROUVY´s own content..
II. GENERAL RULES
ROUVY will provide the participant with a customized affiliate code, which is valid under the following conditions:
The code applies exclusively to the single–monthly plan and provides a 100% discount for the first paid month.
The free month begins after the standard 7-day trial.
The code is applicable to only the new users and can also be activated at any time during the trial period.
The partner shall be granted access to a dashboard provided by ROUVY at https://account.rouvy.com/affiliate, through which the partner may monitor the usage of their unique code, including data on redemptions and accrued commissions.
During the term of the affiliate partnership, ROUVY grants the partner permission to use the ROUVY brand and logo solely for the purpose of promoting the ROUVY Software. All usage must strictly comply with ROUVY’s brand guidelines as outlined in the official brand manual available at https://rouvy.com/brand-manual/logos/logo.html.
III. COMMISSION AND PAYMENTS
The Participant will not receive a fixed fee but is eligible to earn commission as follows:
Commission per redemption of the partner´s affiliate code by a new ROUVY user shall be offered by ROUVY in written within the communication before the first use of the affiliate code by the partner. By using the affiliate code partner agrees with the offered level of the commissions.
The commission applies only to new user sign-ups who redeem the code.
Payments will be issued based on invoicing by the partner with the following conditions:
Frequency: As requested by the partner through the dashboard, based on minimum payout conditions defined by
ROUVY. ROUVY shall inform the partner about those conditions within the written communication before first use of the affiliate code by the partner.
Minimum payout threshold: As agreed between the parties. Balances below the agreed threshold shall be paid at the
end of the collaboration period.
All payments shall be made in a currency agreed between the parties via bank transfer or PayPal (specify if needed).
In the absence of an agreement on the currency, payments are deemed to be made in EUR.
Any commission payout shall be processed only based on a valid invoice provided by the Partner.
The standard invoice processing period is up to 14 working days.
The partner shall be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to
commissions received under this collaboration.
IV. TERM AND TERMINATION
If not agreed by written other way, the duration of the affiliate partnership is twelve (12) months, including an initial six (6) month trial period. Continuation beyond the trial period shall be subject to mutual written agreement on the basis of the satisfactory performance.
Following the initial term, the affiliate partnership shall automatically renew fo the next 6 months unless any party informs the other party of the intention to terminate this agreement.
The agreement between parties on the cooperation within the ROUVY Affiliate program becomes effective on the date the customized affiliate code provided to the affiliate is first used by the affiliate and shall remain in effect until the end of the Term or until terminated by either party. Extensions may be granted based on mutual agreement and performance.
ROUVY reserves the right to terminate the affiliate partnership immediately at its sole discretion, especially in cases of non-compliance with program rules, prolonged inactivity, or any behavior that may negatively impact ROUVY’s brand or reputation.
Immediate termination may occur under the following conditions:
By ROUVY: If the participant is inactive, breaches promotional guidelines, violates platform community standards, this terms and conditions or compromises the ROUVY brand.
By the Participant: If ROUVY fails to remit due commission payments within thirty (30) days following written notice.
