Can I continue to use the FulGaz app after the acquisition by ROUVY and will there be any change for me as a FulGaz user?

Right now, nothing will change. You can continue to use the FulGaz app just as you always have. Your favourite features, routes, and experiences will remain the same, and there’s no action needed on your part.

We would like to see you on the ROUVY platform in the future and throughout 2025, we will begin integrating the best of the FulGaz experience into the ROUVY platform, bringing together the strengths of both platforms to create an even better cycling experience for everyone. We are fully committed to offering you the best and once we are ready, we will come up with a full migration package personalized for you.

How will this acquisition benefit me as a user?

The acquisition was part of the process with IRONMAN for ROUVY to become the Official Digital Sports Platform of IRONMAN. 
This is a long term commitment to improving the experience for you as well as ALL indoor cyclists - bringing an expanded selection of routes, more and improved workouts and more inspirational content to help you reach your cycling goals. 
It will also give you the chance to try the innovative technology of ROUVY's augmented reality, making your indoor cycling experience more immersive and realistic than ever. 
Our vision is to work actively together with you - investing resources, knowledge and passion to build the best possible training platform for cyclists, triathletes and IRONMAN athletes.

Do I have to start a ROUVY membership?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want to try the ROUVY app. Starting a plan on ROUVY will not cancel your FulGaz subscription. For more information on this, please check the personal email that we have sent you together with the official announcement of the acquisition.

Will my current device be compatible with ROUVY?

Accepted Answer

It should be. You can run the ROUVY app on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, iPad, and Apple TV devices.
