The pros will take on a 5,8km circuit for 96,7km in the Grand Final, starting in Madrid's buzzing city centre. The 25km segment you will ride first makes its way over the modern Puente Sobre bridge, past sports grounds and universities. The stage will likely end in a final and prestigious bunch sprint finish preceding the final victory celebration and the crowning of the red jersey leader. Felicitaciones!

Strecke Event

It's time to put on your race face and test your fitness against others in an exciting La Vuelta race series coinciding with the real Pro Tour! Give it your best shot for the general classification, with your 8 best races counting towards the GC in 15 official races.

Your avatar will receive a new jersey as a reward after each stage. Each jersey is a specifically chosen and specially designed La Vuelta jersey in unique colours, depending on the course and terrain: red leader’s jersey or ‘maillot rojo,’ green sprint and points jersey, the white jersey for the best young rider and the blue polka dots for the king of the mountains classification.

What's more, you can select one of the four time zones that suit you to qualify for the General Classification. Here is a leaderboard and results for each time zone.

You have to be in it to win it! Every rider participating in the event stands a chance to win by getting into the final draw for some fantastic prizes. Prizes include the latest cycling equipment valued at €1000,00 for one lucky winner, ten La Vuelta jerseys and 30 x ROUVY subscriptions for 12 months!

Gain La Vuelta red leader's jersey

Red jersey

The red jersey is the leader's jersey. The leader is the rider who has completed all stages in the fastest time. He is also known as the overall (general) classification leader.

Green jersey

The green jersey is the sprint points jersey. Typically won by sprinters, this jersey is awarded to the rider with the most sprint points at the end of the race.

Polka dot jersey

The polka dot jersey is for the king of the mountains. The first rider to cross specific mountains is awarded the most points. Throughout the race, the winner of the mountains classification is the rider with the most points. The jersey is white with large blue polka dots.

White jersey

The best young rider wears a white jersey. The winner of the white jersey is the highest placed rider in the general classification under the age of 26.
