Virtual shifting lets you fine-tune your ROUVY ride by mimicking the resistance changes that happen when shifting gears on the road. The result is an indoor cycling experience that’s smoother and even more realistic. To connect in the app, go to Menu and select Sensors.

When you connect the ROUVY app with your indoor smart trainer, your screen will show realistic AR video of the route you’re riding. The app knows the gradient of each cycling route and adjusts your bike’s resistance to match the terrain.
