Before every Time Trial, ensure your body is ready to go all out. Improve your performance by activating all the muscles needed for the Time Trial. Goal: Warm up before a time trial.
The over-Unders session will prepare you for a Time Trial with many corners. This workout will ensure you are ready for the constant changes in the pace and can manage them well.
Goal: Improving lactate tolerance in the aero position. Try to do the intervals in your aero position to teach your muscle to work in this position.
Love it or hate it, Time Trials are the basics of racing. Being able to pace your efforts is a useful skill - develop it in this session. Test yourself, and get yourself both mentally and physically ready for your next adventure.
