We are ROUVY, a Czech company with offices in Prague, Brno and Vimperk. We have created an application that can convey a realistic cycling experience in the comfort of home through high-quality video based on the GPS profile of the route and in augmented reality. We help people to be fit all year round, and when they go out on a trip in the spring, they are in shape and ready for cycling season thanks to us!

And because the number of passionate indoor cyclists is still growing, so are we. We rely on high-quality communication with our users and therefore we are looking for a team to help us improve this contact.

What do we expect from you?

  • very good knowledge of English (communication on a daily basis)

  • willingness to solve problems

What exactly does this position entail?

  • finding feedback from our users. You will be the one who, on behalf ROUVY, will ask about their impressions of the completed route and pass on feedback to the company
  • active sale of a ROUVY subscription by phone
  • help users with their minor issues or resolve their complaints
