Your responsibilities in this role:

  • obtaining feedback from ROUVY users. Your will be the person asking about their impressions about completed cycling trips, and your will forward their feedback further down the line within the company
  • actively selling ROUVY subscriptions over the telephone
  • assisting users with minor problems and handling their complaints
