I am 28 years old competitive and passionate runner living in Lyon. I also compete and my reference time for 10 km is 32'00". My weekly average is between 60 and 80 km and I complete my daily training with ROUVY.
I have a KICKR Bike and I like very much Rouvy for the realism and the diversity of the courses all around the world. I really like the discovery and socialability side of the application with online races in particular.
