The workouts are waiting for you on the cycling dashboard. On the main screen in the cycling section, you need to click on the Workouts button at the bottom right corner.
You have an endless abundance of choices. When choosing the workout, you can also pick your favourite AR routes. The Workout won't be boring with stressful focusing. Enjoy the distraction!
Don't ride without data. Enjoy your workout with the number, which shows how better you are.
Training stress score represents the amount of training stress from a workout. You should aim for a higher TSS score The higher TSS is, the more intense effort you get from a ride.
FTP, known as Functional Threshold Power, shows your ability to hold the highest possible power over 60 minutes. Rouvy calculates the FTP as a 95% average power of 20 minutes.
When your workout is finished, you will see your average power, cadence or heart rate. You will see the highest number too. After all, you will see the chart with your effort for the whole ride!
