I enjoy interacting with the Rouvy Community, setting up weekly group rides, and assisting with tips and advice where and when I can. I love giving back to a sport that has played a significant role in my life for over 3 decades.
After a triathlon career ending in 1995, cycling became my primary sport, achieving podium positions at the National Age Cat and Provincial levels and at the UCI Worlds Masters Champs from 2012 to 2016 and then again in 2019.
I love where my cycling has taken me, especially traveling to different parts of Europe for cycling training camps plus age category races and Sportives. I also enjoy racing and training indoors on my Tacx Neo. Rouvy provides a bit of everything for me: From competitive stage races and training alone or with friends to challenges. I enjoy leading my weekly Wednesday Group Rides which is high intensity training for me but an easy and social ride for those who follow behind allowing the algorithm to let me tow everyone to the summit.
